Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Folsom Valley Oaks Dental Group – Folsom, CA

Folsom Valley Oaks Dental Group is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, values teamwork, and is passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education.

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)
Take diagnostic radiographs
Perform periodontal charting and comprehensive assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in identifying and communicating treatment needs
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with the doctor and team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Experience with Eagle Soft is a plus
Airflow experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$60–$70 per hour, depending on experience
Supportive and positive work environment

Flexible scheduling
Opportunity for additional days as the practice continues to grow

Schedule

Part-time
2 days per week to start
Potential for additional days in the future
