Folsom Valley Oaks Dental Group is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, values teamwork, and is passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Take diagnostic radiographs
- Perform periodontal charting and comprehensive assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in identifying and communicating treatment needs
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to provide an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Experience with Eagle Soft is a plus
- Airflow experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $60–$70 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule
- Part-time
- 2 days per week to start
- Potential for additional days in the future
